Business automation
Business process automation for growing companies
Dravik is a business process automation agency for US companies with 20 to 500 people. We find the manual work your team repeats every week, like retyping orders, chasing updates and rebuilding reports, and automate it on the tools you already use. It starts with a $199 fixed-price audit, and you own everything we build.
$199 fixed price, 30 minute call plus a written plan. Full refund if it isn't worth it
Signs your team needs automation
- The same data gets typed into two or three systems
- A new lead waits hours for a first reply
- Someone rebuilds the same report every week by hand
- Work stalls when one person is out, because only they know the steps
- Customers ask for status updates your team has to go and find
- Invoices, POs or forms arrive by email and get keyed in manually
What we do
What we automate
Most of the time lost in a company this size sits between tools: an email that becomes a spreadsheet row, which becomes a CRM record, which becomes an invoice. We connect those steps and keep a person in the loop wherever a judgment call is needed.
Documents and data entry
Purchase orders, invoices, intake forms and PDFs read and entered into your ERP, accounting or practice software, with anything unclear sent to a person to check.
Lead capture and follow-up
Web forms, calls and emails routed into your CRM, assigned to the right person and answered quickly, with reminders so no lead sits untouched.
Handoffs between teams
When sales closes, operations gets the job with everything it needs. When operations finishes, billing knows. No copy-paste, no lost context.
Customer updates
Status changes in your system turn into emails or texts to the customer, so your team stops answering where-is-my-order questions by hand.
Reporting
The weekly numbers pulled from each system into one report or dashboard that builds itself, so nobody spends Monday morning in spreadsheets.
AI assistants for internal work
Drafting replies, summarizing calls, sorting inbound requests and answering staff questions from your own documents, with clear limits on what the AI is allowed to do.
How it works
Four steps, a fixed price at each one.
- 01Business auditA 30 minute call about how you run, then recon on your workflows, your site and how Google and AI assistants describe you. You get a written plan ranked by expected impact.
- 02Plan and quoteIf something is worth building, you get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts. No hourly billing and no open-ended retainers to get going.
- 03Build and launchWe build on the tools you already have, test with your real work, and train the people who will use it. If something cannot connect, we say so before you pay for it.
- 04Support and growOptional monthly support, month to month. We monitor the automations, fix what breaks when a vendor changes something, and report what ran.
The business audit
Not sure which workflow to automate first?
The audit maps your repeat work by the time it costs, checks which of your tools can talk to each other, and ranks what to build first.

What you own
You keep everything we build.
Automations should not be a black box you rent. When a project ends, all of it belongs to you.
- Every workflow, script and integration we build, in your accounts
- Written documentation of what each automation does and when it runs
- Admin access to every tool, with our access removable at any time
- A plain list of what breaks if a vendor changes its API, and how to fix it

Common questions
What is business process automation?
Business process automation means using software to run repeated steps that people currently do by hand, such as entering data from emails, moving records between systems, sending follow-ups and building reports. People still handle exceptions and decisions. The automation handles the routine parts.
How much does business process automation cost?
With Dravik it starts with a $199 business audit: a 30 minute call plus a written plan. If something is worth building, you get a fixed price for that project before any work starts. Optional monthly support is month to month.
Do we need to replace our software?
Usually not. We build on the tools you already use, such as your CRM, accounting system, ERP or practice software. If a tool has no way to connect, we tell you during the audit and explain the options.
Which tools do you build automations with?
We pick the tool that fits your stack and your team: workflow platforms like Zapier, Make or n8n, the automation features already inside your software, or custom code where those are not enough. You own whatever we set up.
What happens when an automation hits something it does not understand?
It stops and hands the item to a person, with the context they need. We design every automation with a clear exception path, so an unusual order or a messy document never gets pushed through silently.
Is our data safe?
We sign an NDA before we start, only access what the work needs, and you can remove our access at any time. If a workflow touches regulated data, we flag it in the audit and plan around what your compliance setup allows.
Do you use AI in the automations?
Where it helps, yes: reading documents, sorting requests, drafting replies and summarizing. Where a simple rule works better, we use the rule. Every AI step has limits and a person reviewing anything it is unsure about.
