Automation for logistics companies
Business automation for trucking, freight brokerage and 3PL companies
Dravik builds automations for US trucking companies, freight brokers and 3PLs with 20 to 500 people. We connect your TMS, load boards, ELDs and accounting so tenders, check calls, paperwork and billing move without manual rekeying. It starts with a $199 fixed-price business audit: a 30 minute call plus a written plan.

The problem
Where the hours go in logistics companies
Logistics margins are made or lost in the gaps between systems. A tender arrives by email, someone keys it into the TMS, a dispatcher or carrier rep finds capacity, and then the check calls start. Every shipment produces calls, texts and documents that someone has to log before the customer asks where the freight is.
After delivery the paperwork takes over. Proof of delivery has to be collected and attached, accessorials like detention and lumper fees confirmed, invoices built and sent, and carriers paid on time. When any document is missing, billing stalls and cash sits on the road. Most of this is repetitive work that follows the same rules every time.
What we automate
Workflows worth automating for logistics companies
- 01
Tender and load intake
Load tenders arriving by email, EDI or customer portal are read, checked for missing pickup, delivery and rate details, and created in the TMS. Your team confirms exceptions instead of typing every load, and the customer gets an acceptance reply right away.
- 02
Carrier onboarding and compliance checks
New carriers submit their packet once. Authority, insurance certificates and W-9 are collected, checked against your requirements, and loaded into the TMS. Expiring insurance triggers a request before the certificate lapses, so nobody dispatches an uninsured carrier by accident.
- 03
Track and trace updates
Location data from ELDs and tracking tools updates the load status automatically. Customers get scheduled updates and a message when a load is running late, and your team only steps in for loads with no signal or a real delay.
- 04
Proof of delivery collection
When a load is marked delivered, the driver or carrier gets a request for the signed POD and BOL. Uploaded documents are matched to the right load, checked for a signature, and attached, so billing starts the same day instead of when someone notices the gap.
- 05
Invoicing and accessorial billing
Once paperwork is complete, the invoice is built with the agreed rate and approved accessorials like detention or layover, then sent through the customer's required channel. Loads missing documents sit in a short queue with the reason shown.
- 06
Carrier payment and factoring
Carrier bills are matched to loads and PODs, quick pay requests are routed, and factoring company notices of assignment are recorded so payments go to the right party. Accounting approves a clean batch instead of checking each payment by hand.
The business audit
Find the workflow costing your team the most hours
The audit maps your repeat work, checks which of your systems can connect, and ranks what to automate first in your business.

Your stack
Built on the tools logistics companies already use
TMS platforms, load boards and ELD providers differ a lot in how open they are. Some have strong APIs, others only export files or support EDI, and a few need a person in the loop. We map what each system allows in the audit and build around it, keeping rate and customer data in your own systems with the narrowest access each workflow needs.

Where we start
What the audit looks at first
The audit follows a single load from tender to paid invoice and marks each time someone copies data, makes a call or waits on a document. For many teams the first build is POD collection tied to invoicing, because it shortens the time between delivery and getting paid. Carrier onboarding is a common second.
- 01The call30 minutes on how your business runs, the tools you use and the growth you are after.
- 02ReconWe study your workflows, your site, your rankings and how AI assistants describe you and your competitors.
- 03The written planA ranked list of what to fix or build first, with a fixed price for anything worth building.
- 04Your callKeep the plan and run it yourself, hand it to your team, or have us build it.

Automation questions from logistics companies
Can you work with our TMS?
Most likely. We work through whatever your TMS supports: an API, EDI, file exports or email parsing. The audit tells you exactly which workflows your system can support and which would need a workaround.
Will automated check calls annoy our customers?
Only if they are noisy. We set updates to the frequency each customer wants and send exception messages when a load is late, so customers hear less noise and more of what matters.
Can you automate carrier vetting?
We can automate collecting and checking the documents and data your vetting process requires, and flag carriers that fail your rules. The decision on what passes stays with your team and your own risk policies.
What does the audit cost?
The business audit is $199, fixed. You get a 30 minute call and a written plan listing what to automate first, the fixed price for each build, and what to leave alone.
How much does automation cost for logistics companies?
It starts with a $199 business audit: a 30 minute call plus a written plan of what is worth automating. If something is worth building, you get a fixed price for it before any work starts, and you own everything we build.
