Order entry automation
Still retyping customer orders?
Automate order entry.
Keep people in control.
Orders that arrive by email, PDF or portal get read, checked against your rules and posted into your system. Anything unclear waits for a person. Your team stops copying line items and starts handling the exceptions that need judgement.
$199 fixed price, 30 minute call plus a written plan. Full refund if it isn't worth it

The problem
Every order typed by hand costs time, accuracy and a slower reply
Orders arrive everywhere
Inboxes, PDFs, spreadsheets and portals, each with its own layout. Nobody owns the whole picture.
Skilled people stuck typing
The people who know your customers best spend the day copying SKUs, quantities and addresses.
Small typos, real costs
A wrong quantity or ship-to address turns into a credit note, a reshipment or an unhappy customer.
How it works
From inbox to posted order, without the retyping
Capture
Orders are picked up where they land: a shared inbox, a folder, a portal or an upload.
Extract
AI reads the customer, line items, SKUs, quantities, prices, dates and ship-to details.
Check
Rules you set compare each order to your catalog, customers and pricing. Failures go to review.
Post
Clean orders post into your ERP, accounting or order system, with a record of every step.
People in control
Automation does the typing. Your team makes the calls.
The goal is fewer keystrokes, not fewer checks. You decide what posts on its own and what waits for a person.
- A review queue for any order that is unclear, new or outside your rules
- Approval before posting, for as many or as few orders as you want
- A record of every order: what arrived, what was read and what was entered
- You own everything we build, and the plan is yours to keep even if you never hire us

Who it is for
Teams that receive orders, not just clicks
Distributors and wholesalers
High volumes of repeat orders from known customers, often by email or PDF.
Manufacturers
Purchase orders with part numbers, delivery dates and customer-specific pricing.
B2B sales and ops teams
Orders spread across inboxes, portals and spreadsheets that all end up in one system.
Find out which of your orders can run on their own
In the business audit we look at how your orders arrive today and map what to automate first, with a fixed price for the build.
Common questions
Do we have to replace our ERP or order system?
No. The automation sits in front of the systems you already run. Orders are read where they arrive and posted into your existing ERP, accounting or order system, so your team keeps the tools it knows.
What happens when an order is messy or unclear?
It goes to a person. Every order is checked against rules you set, such as known customers, valid SKUs and expected prices. Anything that fails a check lands in a review queue instead of being posted.
Which order formats can it handle?
Email bodies, PDF and scanned purchase orders, spreadsheets and customer portals are the common ones. During the audit we look at a sample of your real orders and tell you plainly which ones automate well and which should stay manual.
Is our customer data safe?
We sign an NDA before we see your data, and you own everything we build. How data is accessed and stored is part of the written plan, so you can review it before any build starts.
What does it cost?
The business audit is $199, a 30 minute call plus a written plan. If you don't find it worth it, we refund you in full. If you want us to build the automation, the plan includes a fixed price for that work, agreed before anything starts. There is nothing else to pay unless you choose a build.
